Pillows
My pillows are created by piecing fabrics in a random format, or by using a combination of unusual fabrics. The backs are a complimentary fabric. Pillow forms can be removed to facilitate cleaning.
Pillows come in either 16” x 16” or 18” x 18” size.
Hot pads (Not Shown)
These hot pads are created by random piecing. There are two layers of 100% cotton batting and a layer of heat resistant material inside each pad. They come with a loop for displaying.
Hot pads measure approx. 7” square.
Table runners (Not Shown)
The table runners I create start out by sewing pieces of colorful coordinating fabrics together in a random fashion. This pieced fabric is then combined with other fabrics in a pleasing pattern, quilted with a very light weight batting to make a long runner for the table, or if desired, can also be hung on the wall.
Purses & Bags
These bags give me pleasure every step of the way; from choosing fabrics and buttons, to deciding on pattern of the cut throughs, to the shape of the flap.
No two bags are alike.
Each of my bags have at least three layers of fabric and are fully lined. They measure 6-7 inches wide by 8-9 inches long. The finishing touches are hand-braided straps of coordinating fabrics and embellishments of threads and extra buttons added to the surface of the bag.
